We are a professional group of musicians and singers who not only look good and sound good, but they know how to please a crowd and have them begging for more!

MARMALADE have been playing together for over 15 years and have performed Internationally (Guong Zhou, China in 2002) and (Beijing, China 2010).
And at many local and interstate venues:
Melbourne Crown Casino,
Federation Square, Melbourne,
Australian Grand Prix,
Grand Hyatt, Melbourne.
Melbourne Town Hall,
Historic mansions, wineries, corporate events, weddings, night-clubs, pubs and private functions.
The core group is made up of five musicians, however, when the budget or occasion allows, extra performers are often brought in. Eg. Horn / brass section, percussion, guest vocalists, dancers…etc, up to and over a 10 piece band.
Kevin Jones : Vocals/ guitar/band leader
has been involved with many musical groups and musical and recording situations since an early age and is well known in the music industry as a reliable and multi-talented individual. He has played with many high profile entertainers including supporting both Carlos Santana with Grand Wazoo for Santanas’ 1987 tour and Joan Armatrading for her Australian Tour in 1998 with Strumpet. Kevin has also appeared with Chris Issack and UnCanny X men for performances on TV shows such as Countdown, Hey Hey It’s Saturday and GMA with Bert Newton.
Elise Beattie: Vocals
Elise has been the lead vocalist of Marmalade for over 8 years, performing Top 40, Big Band/showstoppers, funk & soul. She also has been working privately in the in many of Melbourne’s finest cover & function bands both locally & throughout Asia. Appearance’s include regular sessions for TV/radio jingles, Bert Newton’s GMA, Grease the Musical, Opera Australia and performances with various other recording artists (e.g. Bachelor Girl, Christine Anu, Vanessa Amorosi, and John Stevens). She is currently co-writing & recording vocal house music on vinyl through Bush Records UK.
Stephen Morgan: Bass/Vocals
emerged on the Australian music scene in 1986 when he joined ICEHOUSE recording and touring with the band for the next ten years. As a session musician he has worked with many of Australia’s great artist’s including John Farnham, Kate Ceberano, Daryl Braithwaite, Tina Arena, Peter Andre and Tommy Emanuel. In 1990 he stepped into the world of theatre as musical director of the hit musical HAIR. With a taste for rock musicals, Stephen then joined the 1992 concert tour of Jesus Christ Superstar followed by The Sydney Dance Company’s ‘BERLIN’, The New Rocky Horror Show, and Smokey Joe’s Cafe.
Tony Norris: trumpet/keyboards/vocals
Tony is the keyboard/trumpet player and is one of the vocalists for MARMALADE and is a very important multi-instrumentalist for the band. He also plays guitar and percussion if the occasion arises. Anthony Norris has recorded and/or performed with: The Black Sorrows, John Farnham, Kate Ceberano, Paul Grabowsky, Chris Bailey, Joe Camilleri, Strumpet, Kerri Simpson, Jane Clifton. Anton Delecca:
Anton Delecca: Saxophone
plays tenor and alto saxophones with Marmalade. Anton has twice been a finalist in the Australian Jazz Saxophone Awards and has studied with Dave Liebman (Miles Davis) in New York City. He has previously performed with: The Cat Empire, Ross Wilson, Bob Valentine, Doc Neeson, The Australian Showband, The Bennetts Lane Big Band, The Grand Wazoo, and Matt Heatherington. Television appearances include, Ricky Martin, Deseree, Chris Isaaks, Suggs (Madness), Black Sorrows, Kate Ceberano, Jimoen, Strumpet, Countdown, Hey Hey It’s Saturday, GMA with Bert Newton, The Big Gig, Steve Vizard and Alyce Platt.
