About Heath Franklin
Heath made his TV debut on the sketch show The Ronnie Johns Half Hour, where Chopper was born and quickly became an international cult hit. He has gone on to become one of the country’s most successful live performers, selling well over half a million tickets around the world. He is a regular on television across Australia and New Zealand and has starred in a number of acclaimed feature films.
Heath Franklin Performance Style and Highlights
One of the country’s most celebrated sketch and character comedians, Heath is often described as the sharpest ‘everyman of comedy’ in Australia. He can perform as Chopper without swearing when the event requires it, and he is particularly adored by blue-collar industries, including mining and construction.
